bd35 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or in any manner using the bd35 platform — whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the bd35 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the bd35 platform. Your continued use of any bd35 service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and hold a bd35 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd35 does not permit access to its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a bd35 employee or contractor, unless prior written approval has been obtained from bd35 management.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended bd35 account. Each individual may hold only one account at any given time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number. bd35 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or utility bill, before activating your account or processing any withdrawal.

Each registered user is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their bd35 account. You agree to keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential and to not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

bd35 enables two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for all account logins and sensitive account actions, including withdrawals. You are required to keep your registered mobile number current and accessible. Failure to maintain a valid registered mobile number may result in restricted account access.

• Account currency: All bd35 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Account inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. bd35 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your bd35 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. bd35 will process any remaining account balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
• Account suspension: bd35 may suspend your account at any time if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted pending investigation.

bd35 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day are subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd35 account instantly upon confirmed payment gateway notification.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the sending institution.
• bd35 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bd35 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has previously been used to make a deposit to your bd35 account, and that is registered in your own name.
• bd35 will process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• bd35 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide copies of your National ID, bank statement, or mobile wallet transaction history.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be included in a withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

All sports betting markets offered on the bd35 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time a bet is placed. General betting rules applicable to all markets include the following:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bd35. bd35 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable limits or where the bet is placed on a market affected by irregular activity.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and the availability of the market at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
• Void bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the timeframe specified in the market rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's bd35 account.
• Errors: bd35 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds, market descriptions, or settlement results. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or resettled at the correct odds.
• Casino games: All casino and live dealer games are provided by third-party licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules, RTP information, and maximum bet limits are governed by the rules of each individual game as documented by the respective provider.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game round or betting event, bd35 will use all available transaction logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a fair determination cannot be made, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

bd35 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a bd35 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms of each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%. Specific casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — the eligible game list and contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: bd35 provides configurable session time reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd35 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bd35 account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including falsifying your age, name, or contact details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or any live dealer game format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment account that does not belong to you or that has been obtained by fraudulent means.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting on sporting events.

All content on the bd35 platform — including but not limited to the bd35 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, databases, and game content supplied by bd35's provider partners — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to bd35. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd35 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, scrape, display, post, transmit, or exploit any content from the bd35 platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of bd35. Any unauthorised use of bd35's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

bd35's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bd35 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

bd35 collects personal data necessary to operate a lawful, fair, and secure gambling platform, including identity verification data, transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is never sold to unaffiliated third parties. bd35 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict internal access controls on all personal data stores.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd35 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bd35 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.

bd35's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bd35 account in the 12 months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.

bd35 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur from time to time. bd35 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and to communicate maintenance schedules in advance where possible.

bd35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, bd35 will notify registered users by email to the address on file and will display a notice on the platform for a period of at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the bd35 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bd35 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if bd35 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continuation of your account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for bd35. In the event of termination for cause, bd35 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. bd35 will process any outstanding verified balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days of receiving your termination request, provided no investigation is pending on your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. bd35 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and is designed to comply with the standards and expectations of responsible online gaming platforms operating in the region.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bd35 customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bd35 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
